Most office clearances happen after 6pm or at weekends so trading isn't disrupted. We coordinate with building management for lift and loading bay access.
Strip-out
Trained team dismantles desks, takes apart partitions, and removes everything cleanly. IT gear is logged for the audit trail. Confidential documents are bagged and sealed.
Compliance paperwork
Waste transfer note, WEEE documentation, and (where applicable) data destruction certificates provided. Critical for landlord handover and ISO audits.

QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED A LOT
Can you work out-of-hours?
Yes — most of our office work happens after 6pm or at weekends. We've worked through Friday and Saturday nights to have offices ready for Monday morning handover.
What about confidential paperwork?
We can collect and shred under audit, with destruction certificates provided. For higher-security needs we partner with specialist on-site shredding providers.
Do you handle IT and electricals (WEEE)?
Yes. Computers, monitors, servers, printers — all collected and processed at a licensed WEEE facility. Hard drive destruction available where data security is a concern, with serial-numbered certificates.
Can you clear a whole building?
Yes. We've done multi-floor commercial strip-outs. For larger projects we'll bring in additional teams and a project manager to coordinate access, scheduling, and reporting.
What's your minimum job size?
No minimum for small jobs — a few chairs and a desk is fine. For ongoing trade-account work we offer scheduled monthly or weekly collections at a discounted rate.
